IFS certified gluten-free facility.
Like everyone else, a healthy lifestyle is the most important thing for us. We "bake" this approach in to our product which are not only recommended for people with existing illnesses, but can also be consumed by anyone with a normal diet, as they all have a delicious and familiar everyday taste without any residue.
We take great care to avoid the risk of gluten cross contamination. As part of our commitment to being 100% gluten-free and lactose-free, we only use certified ingredients to ensure that everything we use, as well as our facility, is gluten-free. In addition to our gluten awareness, we prepare all our employees for the risk of cross-contamination from other allergens. We are constantly educating ourselves on new research and information related to celiac disease, gluten intolerance, and gluten-free baking. We take the potential health risks of gluten contamination as seriously as we do the delicious taste of our cakes.
We continue to develop new gluten-free products that help change the way people think about gluten-free baking, while maintaining our 100% gluten-free facility where everything is delicious and safe to eat.
DRYER
We dry our products using high-capacity belt and cabinet drying equipment in accordance with IFS regulations.
We can produce a variety of products by adding a corer, a cooling tunnel chocolate machine, and a coating pan.
ASEPTIC FRUIT PULP PLANT
We operate a HACCP system in our aseptic plant, which has a unique aseptic pulp and concentrated pulp production and filling capacity in Hungary.
